What is Nordic Spirit?

It inspires spontaneity, an instant release of flavor that doesn’t wait around – because you never do. And it is infused with creativity, with a range inspired by the beauty and vibrancy of the Nordics.
Our story begins at our factory in Vårgårda, Sweden, a nation with a 140-year history of enjoying a product we called snus. This tobacco, salt and water mixture became iconic, and by the mid-20th century it had made its way across Europe and the world, constantly changing and evolving, thanks to Nordic innovation.
But snus wasn’t the only thing changing. Across the Nordic world and beyond, the Swedish philosophy of Lagom was inspiring us to be more conscious of our consumption. This resulted in our first significant re-imagining of the snus product, removing the tobacco completely and replacing it with our balanced blend of plant-based fibres, flavorings and nicotine, with a small amount of gum as a base. The Nordic Spirit nicotine pouch was born.
